Platinum status... invitation only!

Received my Thai Airways Platinum kit this week, personally delivered by a Thai exec!! Kit contains the card, three luggage tags, letter from Thai Airways President, summary of benefits and a history of the airline.  Apparently 1800 TG*Plat flyers... I wonder what it will mean?
