1. Stir-fried shrimp (hot)
2. Honey-stewed smoked fish (cold)
3. Water spinach (hot)
4. Mandarin fish deep-fried with pine nuts
5. Chinese preserved egg with bean curd (cold)
6. Jelly fish with cucumber (cold)
7. Steamed dumplings (hot)
