Roast goose

Today I had the pleasure of lunch with two friends at one of Hong Kong's oldest restaurants... and we had one of Hong Kong's most famous dishes - Roast Goose! It's a bit like roast duck, not surprisingly, but there's a bit more meat involved and maybe slightly (slightly) less fat. No camera so no pictures... guess I'll just have to go back for more!
