There are two types of luggage: carry-on and lost

I came across this article in The Age (a Melbourne newspaper) sharing travel tips from a guy called Bruce Turkel.  The article isn't about where to go and what to see, it's all about how to travel fast and light.  It contains a lot of good ideas, really good ideas.

My favourite (because I do it almost all the time): avoid checked luggage, go only with carry-on.  "How can I fit in all my stuff?", I hear you ask.  "You can't, so take less stuff", is my reply.

The idea I'm going to try: Rolling wet clothes in a towel and stamping on them to speed the drying process.
