PEK - Beijing Capital Airport

Of course a visit to Beijing would not be complete without commenting on Capital Airport which still bears the ICAO code reflecting the city’s former name – Peking.

This airport is big, big, BIG and efficient – it’s what you want in a major international airport.


Wasn’t so impressed with the CX lounge – comfortable, functional but basic… but then after The Wing in Hong Kong, anything else doesn’t quite do the trick. WiFi worked well - Skype capable!
