We started with fresh oysters - served kilpatrick and natural - followed by mussels in white wine (delicious).

First main course included a snapper with garlic and ginger prawns, accompanied by a nice green salad and K's special bean salad

Second main course included BBQ'd lamb cutlets with garlic and rosemary, plus rosemary and garlic potatoes

Dessert included some yummy cheese from the Vic market - a creamy brie, fruit cheese, goats cheese, and a mild blue. I also introduced my guests to a uniquely Australian sweet - the chocolate ripple cake! Of course we washed it all down with a fruity dessert wine.

It wouldn't be a celebration without a drink or two, and our drinks list included:
- Pina Coladas - perfect on a warm evening after a hot day of siteseeing
- Japanese Slippers - yum!
- Henschke Tilly's Vineyard 2006 (Semillon Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc)
- Red wine
- Brown Brothers Orange Muscat & Flora 2007
- Plus a couple of B52's and Cowboys
Cowboy = Butterscotch schnapps and Baileys
