Jamon

Jamon is cured ham, a speciality of Spain. It doesn’t come cheap. Good jamon costs upward of EUR100 per kilo. The best jamon comes from pigs fed only acorns and you can identify it by the label “Solo Bellota”. All over Spain, in markets and tapas bars, you’ll see the jamon set out for carving.

Would like to, but Aussie customs may be a constraint :-)
