Las Fallas in Valencia

Every year, Valencia has a huge street party where different districts compete to make the most spectacular floats. Made of wood, polysytreme and with amazing paintwork, they´re paraded through the streets (lined with countless fairlights) on several evenings before being draped with fireworks and set alight. Passing through Vallencia a few days before the festival, preparations were in full swing.
